NORWALK – Jessica Kordas, Republican candidate for Attorney General, announced today that she filed her grant application to receive funds under the Citizens’ Election Program (CEP). It took Kordas 5 months to raise the required $86,600 in small dollar donations.

“It’s clear to me that voters across Connecticut are tired of Hartford elites that put party over people," said Kordas. “From mask mandates to the ongoing executive orders, William Tong has been nothing more than a rubber stamp for the Governor’s abuse of power.”

Kordas concluded: “If we want to stop the abuse of power, we need an Attorney General that’s willing to push back on our leaders and protect the people of Connecticut and uphold our laws and our Constitution. I will be that Attorney General - a true lawyer for the people."
